Story Submission Guidelines
What We're Looking For:
- • Real, documented incidents where AI or automation caused concrete harm
- • Stories verifiable with at least two credible sources
- • Incidents with measurable consequences (legal, financial, reputational, safety)
- • Cases where someone trusted AI to do something important, and it went wrong
Story Categories:
AI Deployment Failures
Chatbots, agents, or AI systems that malfunctioned or were exploited in production
Vibe Coding Security Flaws
AI-generated code or vibe coding platforms with critical vulnerabilities
AI Hallucinations with Consequences
Fabricated AI outputs that led to sanctions, lawsuits, or real-world harm
AI-Generated Content Gone Wrong
Published AI content with serious errors, fabrications, or harmful material
